4. Payments: Work begins after the required deposit or full payment. Taxes and third-party fees (ads, hosting) are generally extra. Overdue payments may lead to service suspension.
5. Digital Goods: Downloads are for personal/business use only. Reselling, redistribution, or claiming ownership of the underlying IP is prohibited.
6. Refunds: Digital products and custom service work already performed are non-refundable. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles.
7. Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate data and access timely. We are not liable for delays caused by missing client information.
8. Content & IP: You own your original material; we own our processes, frameworks, and AI workflows. Final custom deliverables transfer to you upon full payment.
9. AI Disclosure: AI tools may produce errors. Users should verify outputs for critical business or legal decisions. We are not liable for AI inaccuracies.
10. Third-Party Platforms: We rely on external platforms (Meta, Google, APIs). We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
11. Disclaimers: We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, or revenue. Advertising spend is separate from our fees.
12. Acceptable Use: Unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
13. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
14. General: These Terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Puducherry. We may update these terms at any time.
