2. Eligibility
By using this website or purchasing our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
If you are using Skilr.in on behalf of a company, organisation or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Service Quotations and Proposals
Certain Skilr.in services may be provided based on customised quotations, proposals, statements of work or other written agreements.
A quotation may specify:
-
Scope of work
-
Deliverables
-
Project duration
-
Payment schedule
-
Revision limits
-
Client responsibilities
-
Third-party expenses
-
Support period
-
Additional service charges
Where a separate written quotation, proposal or service agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the terms of the specific written agreement will apply to that project.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, quotations may be revised or withdrawn before acceptance.
4. Orders and Payments
Payment terms will be communicated on the relevant product page, quotation, invoice, proposal or checkout page.
Depending on the service, we may require:
-
Full advance payment;
-
A deposit before work begins;
-
Milestone-based payments; or
-
Recurring subscription or maintenance payments.
Work may begin only after the required initial payment has been received.
All applicable taxes, duties, transaction charges or other statutory charges may be added where required by law.
Third-party charges such as advertising spend, domains, hosting, software subscriptions, messaging charges, API usage, paid plugins and external platforms are not included unless specifically stated.
5. Late or Outstanding Payments
Where payment becomes overdue, Skilr.in may suspend work, hosting, support, automation, integrations or access to deliverables until outstanding payments are settled.
Project timelines may be revised if work is delayed because of late payments.
6. Digital Products
Skilr.in may offer downloadable or digitally delivered products, including templates, prompts, guides, ebooks, videos, creative assets and other digital resources.
Digital products are licensed for the purchaser's permitted use and are not sold with ownership of Skilr.in's underlying intellectual property unless expressly stated.
Unless the applicable product licence specifically permits it, users may not:
-
Resell digital products;
-
Redistribute them;
-
Share purchased files publicly;
-
Upload them to file-sharing websites;
-
Claim them as their own original work;
-
Copy them for commercial resale; or
-
Remove copyright or ownership notices.
Specific licences displayed on individual product pages will take precedence over this general provision.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable and instantly accessible digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law or where the product is materially defective.
Custom Services
Payments for work already performed, project planning, research, strategy, design, development, automation setup, advertising preparation, content creation or other completed work are generally non-refundable.
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, charges may be deducted for work already performed and expenses already incurred.
Recurring Services
Cancellation of recurring services will normally apply to future billing periods and does not automatically create a refund entitlement for services already delivered.
Any specific refund or cancellation terms contained in a quotation, proposal, invoice or product page will apply to that transaction.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information needed to complete their projects.
This may include:
-
Brand materials

Skilr.in is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or late information provided by a client.
9. Client Content
You retain ownership of original materials that you provide to Skilr.in.
By providing content to us, you confirm that you have the necessary ownership, permission or licence to use that content.
You grant Skilr.in a limited licence to use the supplied material solely as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials provided to Skilr.in do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality or other third-party rights.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Skilr.in retains ownership of:
-

Ownership or usage rights relating to custom deliverables will be determined by the applicable quotation, proposal or service agreement.
Full ownership of a specifically commissioned final deliverable may be transferred only after all applicable payments have been received where such transfer has been agreed.
Third-party assets remain subject to the licence terms of their respective owners.
11. Artificial Intelligence Services
Some Skilr.in services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation platforms or third-party AI providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions or changes caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
13. Lead Generation Services
Lead generation services are intended to help businesses identify potential prospects or business opportunities.
Skilr.in does not guarantee that every lead will:
-
Respond;
-
Be interested;
-
Make a purchase;
-

Lead quality and conversion depend on many factors outside Skilr.in's control, including the client's offer, market conditions, pricing, sales process, competition and follow-up.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of lead information complies with applicable privacy, telemarketing, electronic communications and marketing laws.

15. Advertising Accounts and Budgets
Where Skilr.in assists with paid advertising, advertising expenditure payable to platforms such as Google, Meta or other advertising networks is normally separate from Skilr.in's professional fees unless otherwise stated.
Advertising platforms may independently reject, restrict or suspend advertisements or accounts.
Skilr.in cannot guarantee approval by any third-party advertising platform.
16. Websites, Domains and Hosting
Where Skilr.in provides website development, domains or hosting, the client must comply with applicable provider policies.
Domain registration is subject to availability.
Skilr.in cannot guarantee continued ownership of a domain where renewal payments are not made on time.
Where hosting, domain registration, plugins or software licences require renewal fees, continued availability may depend on timely payment.
17. Revisions
Projects may include a defined number of revisions.
Requests that substantially change the original scope, concept, functionality, content or deliverables may be treated as additional work and charged separately.
18. Project Timelines
Any stated project completion date represents our reasonable estimate based on the information available when the project begins.

-
Client feedback delays
-
Changes in scope
-

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
